Arrival, delivery of keys, departure and luggage

  • Is there a reception in the apartments?

    The apartments do not have a reception

  • How do I get the keys?

    The keys are handed over personally to the apartment.

  • From what time can I occupy the apartment on the day of my arrival?

    The apartment will be ready to receive you from 2:00 p.m.

  • Can you enter before 2:00 p.m.?

    Ask us about your case and we will confirm if it is possible, although it will basically depend on whether or not it has been left free that same day, since if so, once it is empty, it will take a reasonable time to leave it in optimal condition.

  • What time do I have to leave the apartment?

    Departures from the apartments must be made before 12: 00h.

  • Could you leave later than 12 noon?

    Ask us about your case and we will confirm if possible.

  • Can you store my luggage when I leave the apartment?

    No problem. Please let us know when you arrive.

Pay

  • Can I pay with card?

    Yes, no problem. You can make the payment in cash or by credit card.

Children, cots and extra beds

  • Do you have a crib?

    We have a cot upon prior request at no cost. Please confirm your availability with us before your arrival.

  • Can I add an extra bed?

    It is not possible to exceed the maximum capacity of each apartment.

  • Can you smoke?

    All apartments are non-smoking.

Parking, wifi internet and pets

  • Ay Hay parking?

    You will have no difficulty parking. Although we do not have private parking, the apartments are located in an area with easy free public parking on the street. There is usually a site in the area in front of 10 Avenida Juan Carlos I and other nearby areas.

  • ¿Hay wi-fi?

    All apartments have fiber internet with WIFI.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We will be happy to accommodate you with your pets. A small supplement of € 5.00 per pet per day applies.

  • Do we have to bring sheets and / or towels?

    They have enough sheets, towels and a bath mat for your stay, as well as blankets and bedspreads or duvets.

  • What equipment does the kitchen have?

    The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker ... etc and the necessary utensils to cook and serve food. Some apartments also have a dishwasher.

  • Is there a hairdryer and toiletries?

    There is hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper. There is also a hairdryer.

  • Is there an iron and ironing board?

    That's how it is. There is an ironing board in all apartments.

  • What if I need something that is not in the apartment?
