ARRIVAL, DELIVERY OF KEYS, DEPARTURE AND BAGGAGE 

  • Is there reception in the apartments? 
    There is no reception
  • How do I get the keys? 
    We will receive you in the apartment. To avoid unnecessary waiting, better way is for you to let us know when you are close to Segovia (around half an hour to arrive).
    If not reported previously, the day before you arrive we will tryo to contact you to check your estimated arrival time. 
  • From what time I can occupy te apartment on the arrival date? 
    We will be ready to receive you from 14:00. 
  • I would need to occupy the apartment before 14:00. Would it be possible? 
    Please contact us in advance and we will check if it's possible, although it basically depends on if it has been cleared or not that day. If so, once empty, we will need to take a reasonable time to clean and prepare it.
  • What time do I have to leave the apartment?
    You must leave the apartement before 12:00 am.
  • Could I leave later than 12:00 am? 
    Please let us know this need when you arrive and we wiil check if it's possible. It basically depends on if there is a new arrival or not on that same day.  
  • Can you keep my luggage when I leave the apartment? 
    Yes, we can keep it. Please let us know you need it when you arrive. 

PAYMENT 

  • Can I pay with credit card?
    Yes, you can pay in cash or with Visa/Mastercard ...

CHILDREN, COTS AND EXTRA BEDS

  • Do children pay?
    Children under 2 are free. 
  • Do you have a cot?
    FREE cot available on request. Please ask us for availability for your dates. 
  • Can you add an extra bed? 
    Sorry, it's not possible to exceed the capacity of each apartments. 

TOBACCO

  • Smoking is allowed?
    No. All apartments are non-smoking.

PARKING, WIFI, TERRACE AND PETS

  • Is there free parking? 
    We have no private parking, but apartments are located in free public parking area.  Usually there is no problem to find a place close to the building. First try in front of Avenida Juan Carlos I, number 10, or if not there, next street left: Procuradores del Común Street.
  • Do the apartments have WIFI?
    Yes, all of them have free WIFI. 
  • Do the apartments have a terrace? 
    Economic apartment type have a terrace. The rest dont'. 
  • Are pets allowed? 
    No, they aren't. 

EQUIPMENT:

  • Are there sheets and towels? 
    Yes, there are enough sheets and towels for your stay, as well as blankets or quilts. There is also tablecloth of the dining table and dishcloth.
    In addition, all apartments have washing machine
  • Is the kitchen equipped? 
    Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker... etc and the necessary utensils for cooking and serving  food. Some apartements have dishwasher. 
  • Is there a hairdryier? 
    Yes. 
  • Are there any toiletries? 
    There are shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and toilet paper. 
  • Are there an iron and ironing board? 
    Yes, there are both in all apartments  

TRANSPORT AND NEARBY VISITS: 

  • What can I visit near the apartment? 
    A few meters from the apartment you will find: 
    - Monastery of San Antonio el Real
    - Beginning of the Acqueduct and one of its sand traps. 
  • Which is the best transport in the city?
    From the apartments to the Plaza del Azoguejo (Azoguejo Square) there are about 1 km downhill, so on a walk of 10 to 15 minutes you can arrive to the most popular area of the Acqueduct for an interesting and entertaining ride where you will see how the archs are born and grow up to the maximum height.
    From that point and to move through the most practical historical district is walking. 
  • Is there a nearby bus stop? 
    Bus lines 1, 5, 7 and 8 pass next to the building or very close to it.
